Returns & Exchanges at 3Monocles

Here at 3Monocles, we want you to love every purchase. We've designed our return and exchange process to be as simple and straightforward as possible.

While we're confident you'll be delighted, we understand that sometimes an item might not be a perfect fit. Please review our policy below.

Your 48-Hour Window

You have 2 business days from the time your package is delivered to notify us of your intent to return any unwanted items for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within this window. Any refunds initiated after the 2 business days window will be considered VOID.

Restocking Fee

Please note that all returned or Exchange items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your order. This fee helps cover the cost of processing, inspecting, and restocking the returned goods.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive the returned item in its original, unused, and salable condition (with all original packaging and tags), a refund for the item's price (minus the restocking fee and original shipping costs if any applies) will be processed within 14 business days. Please note that the original outbound shipping and packaging charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

All exchanges are subject to the same 48-hour notification policy. Each exchange will incur the applicable shipping and packaging charges for the new item, plus the 20% restocking fee for the originally purchased item.

Protecting Your Return

For your protection, we highly recommend using a secure, insured shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery. This ensures you are covered in the rare event that anything happens during transit. 3Monocles is not responsible for damaged goods during transit.

If Your Item Arrived Damaged

Once an item is reported damaged on delivery, it cannot be treated as a standard return because we need to determine how the damage occurred. For all shipments that are damaged in transit, we require immediate (within 24hrs of package delivery) photographic evidence and documentation so that we can submit a claim to the carrier. Any claims that we file on your behalf need to take place within 3 business days of the item delivery date of the order or it will be considered VOID.

The return shipping quote must be accepted no later than 3 days from the quote provided or the return will be considered void.

Finance Options

No Interest Until January 2030

This option allows you to purchase furniture now without paying any interest charges until January 2030. To maintain the no-interest status, you are required to make the minimum monthly payment each month by the due date as specified on your billing statement. The minimum payment amount is determined based on your total purchase and credit agreement terms. If you do not pay the full balance by January 2030, interest charges will begin to accrue on the remaining balance from that date forward at the standard annual percentage rate (APR) outlined in your financing agreement. If you miss a payment, the promotional offer may be canceled, and interest charges could apply retroactively depending on the lender’s terms.

24-Month Financing

This financing option allows you to spread your total purchase amount evenly across 24 months. You will make 24 consecutive monthly payments of equal amounts until the total purchase balance is paid in full. The monthly payment amount will be calculated based on the total cost of your purchase and any applicable taxes or fees, divided by 24. Interest charges may apply based on your credit agreement and the terms presented at the time of purchase. If the financing is offered with deferred interest or promotional APR, it is your responsibility to make payments according to the schedule to avoid additional interest charges. Late or missed payments may result in additional fees or the loss of promotional rates.

18-Month Financing

This option allows you to pay for your furniture purchase over a period of 18 months through equal monthly payments. The payment amount will be determined by dividing your total purchase price, including taxes and any applicable fees, by 18. Interest rates and terms will vary depending on your credit agreement and the promotional terms available at the time of purchase. You will be required to make payments each month by the due date to remain in good standing under the financing agreement. If the plan includes deferred interest, interest may accrue from the date of purchase but will be waived if the total balance is paid in full by the end of the 18-month period, according to the lender’s terms. Missing payments or paying late could result in fees or the loss of the promotional terms.
